you have potential and i know its based on the animation series however you need to consider both anatomy and lighting
theres 0 drop from chin to neck no implication of distance between the 2 - you did good on skull,to neck to body proportioning
however another consideration the shirt is solid black not liney or anything marker fill , - the Shield is actually pretty good and just needs a more solid dark outline
